The Kennedy Space Center Amateur Astronomers (KSCAA) is an official club of NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Cape Canaveral, Florida. We are a small group of KSC employees (both civil servant and contractor) that all share a love of astronomy. But our club is not just limited to people that work at Kennedy Space Center. We hold monthly public star parties at the Biolab Boat Ramp (which is a public boat ramp in the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge). Because our group is associated with Kennedy Space Center we have been granted special permission by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to conduct our public star parties in this wide open space in the middle of the wildlife refuge which gives us access to dark skies.

We also have a Facebook Group where we announce our monthly public star parties and share our group photos. Click here to visit our group on FaceBook and request to join our group or simply do a search on Facebook for KSCAA - KSC Amateur Astronomers (group number 1555732551310810).
